Is it time to clean your stove? Is it covered in greasy stains, burnt food, and all sorts of other gross things? Well then let me show you how I easily clean my stove with only a few natural ingredients so that you can do exactly what I am doing and save time, money, and effort while still achieving a spotless stove that’s ready to be used again!
How To Clean Your Stove With A Few Natural Ingredients?
Of course, the first thing that I do is to remove all the removable elements from my stove. That way the cleaning will be so much easier and you will be able to cover even the hard-to-reach places which often tend to be the dirtiest areas of a stove.
Then you want to make sure you remove all the pieces of food like rice, dried meat, and any other impurities that are dry and can easily be brushed away.
Continue with making the cleaner we will use – a paste of equal parts of water and baking soda. We will use this mixture to clean the entire stovetop so make sure you make enough.
Scoop the paste with a sponge or a cloth and apply a layer of it over the surface. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes then grab a sponge, dampen it with water, and start scrubbing the surface – and make sure you focus on any stains.
And then when only the stubborn stains are left, it’s time we pull out the miracle ingredient – vinegar! As you know, baking soda and vinegar create a fizzing reaction which will help us in loosening up the stubborn stains without actually having to put too much effort. Just spray vinegar on top of the baking soda and wait for 2-5 minutes.
And last but not least, grab another sponge, spray vinegar on top of it, and start scrubbing and wiping the stove.
Once you are done, it’s time you rinse the surface and actually remove our baking soda paste, the vinegar, as well as all the impurities.
